[Printing Example] Glass Ball: 180° Printing Challenge for Spheres

In standard pad printing, the decorative range is up to 120°! We are continuing to make improvements!

Here is an example of printing on a glass ball (diameter 40mm). This time, we challenged ourselves to print on 180°. Since decoration is not possible with conventional methods, we adjusted the materials accordingly. As a result, we were able to print up to about 160°. Materials that are hard and glossy like glass tend to have poor adhesion, so it seems that we will continue to face challenges in achieving clean prints. We are currently continuing improvements, so please stay tuned. 【Case Overview】 ■Printed Item: Glass Ball (Diameter 40mm) ■Content: Challenge to 180° ■Result: Able to print up to about 160° *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Printing on Eggshells

Transfer ink from the plate using a soft silicone pad! It's possible because it's pad printing!

Instead of printing on boiled eggs, which are typically associated with Easter eggs, we will introduce a case where printing was done on more challenging raw eggs. The printing method used was pad printing. It became possible because pad printing transfers ink from the plate using a soft silicone pad. Since eggs can crack under strong impact, we established conditions to minimize pressure while ensuring a clean print, allowing us to print beautifully without any cracks or breaks. [Case Overview] ■ Printed Item: Raw egg shell ■ Details: Pad printing - Conditions were established to minimize pressure while achieving a clean print. *The ink used is not edible ink. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
